Today, with over 40 years combined experience in the industry, we offer the highest in bespoke service for property design, interior design and development. Vita Collective is dedicated in forging new lasting relationships with our investors and clients and to push all boundaries of design excellence and innovation.
Our signature is to listen and create bespoke environments through our sophisticated workshop and skilled craftsmen. Meet The Team
The vision of its founders Andrè Beglarian and James Cheung with over 300 projects between them giving bespoke and discrete service to their clientele and have managed and financed over 60 projects around the world with a combined value in excess of £300m.
ANDRÉ BEGLARIAN
Andre has been in the property business for over 20 years. He has managed projects from small residential renovations to large multi-million pound new builds.
Andre has built significant relationships and contacts within the industry which enables the team to access the highest quality professionals and craftsmen in their trades and produce the best quality outcomes for all client’s specific and bespoke requirements.
JAMES CHUENG
James has an abundance of experience in architecture working across a range of sectors such as commercial offices, tall multi-use towers, residentials, department stores, aviation architectural planning, large masterplans, educational and hotel projects as well as smaller scaled houses. He has worked on award-winning projects and his commissions can be found all over the world, from across the UK, Qatar, China, Japan and more. James is also fluent in Cantonese.
KEITH YU
Keith has worked in the architectural and interior design industry for over 25 years and has managed projects in Hong Kong, China, Malaysia and the UK. His projects span a variety of residential, commercial and educational institutes with clients such as Louis Vuitton, Hong Kong Disneyland and Jo Malone. He was also lecturer at The University of Hong Kong (HKUSPACE). Keith is also fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.
VICKY PHENGSIRI
Vicky helps to facilitate everything from all other aspects needed to keep the business and projects running as smoothly as possible. She is also fluent in speaking Thai.
